Observations of the Sanford fiasco
I have yet to read any Conservatives that have anything good to say about Mark Sanford, the South Carolina governor who the MSM went bonkers over earlier this week because he didn’t make any public appearances for a few days. Makes you wonder who knew what at that time, and simply wanted to prime the pump for the story. For those who haven’t been following the news, when he finally surfaced it was to admit he had been having an affair.
Some Conservatives were pretty hostile, like Michelle Malkin, but I can’t say I blame her.
Some where more gentle, like Sarah Palin, but certainly not complimentary.
But unlike affairs that Democrats have, the Media are behaving like a dog with a bacon-covered bone. They aren’t content that there’s consistent condemnation of Sanford's action, they have to howl about it, incessantly.
The hypocrites in the Liberal Media are already whining that Fox News waited to report. That every other news outlet also waited seems irrelevant to these mindless myrmidons.
Of course their goal, as always, is to promote the DNC, in this case by attempting to stain they entire GOP with Sanford’s failings. Ultimately, the result will be to drive m0ore and more people to the alternative media fro reliable news. It seems the MSM is on a suicide course, and they’re halfway there.
