California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has settled a libel lawsuit with former late-night British TV personality Anna Richardson, who claimed she was groped by the Hollywood actor during a 2000 interview and later defamed by his aides during his 2003 campaign for governor.

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has tossed out all sexual moral conduct codes at colleges, private and Christian schools, daycare centers and other facilities throughout his state, if the institutions have any students who get state assistance.
The governor yesterday signed a bill that would require all businesses and groups receiving state funding -- even if it's a state grant for a student -- to condone homosexuality, bisexuality and transsexuality.
There is no exception for faith-based organizations or business owners with sincerely held religious convictions, critics note.
Trend? Looks like it.

Bigotry has been on the way out for a while now..
Not the anti-Christian bigotry that spurs on such laws. People have the right to their religion, and to not have the state impose religion on them and their children. But those who love to squeal "you can't legislate morality" seem to have no problem legislating their own brand of "morality". That is bigotry, and it's on the rise.
