Well I guess you will have to count President Bush as part of the blame game. Because he sure is accepting it in his speech tonight at New Orleans. It was an antonishing speech for Bush. He sounded like Franklin Delano Roosevelt. I am sure hardcore Republicans are mystfied at Bush' words that call for the Federal Government to engage in the biggest reconstruction effort in the history of the world. Better hold on to your pocketbooks! We are in for a bumpy ride
