Wead rather not

An old friend of President Bush who secretly recorded their private conversations and released them to the media said he has regrets and is turning the tapes over to Bush.

Unless his book was going to trash Bush, then the Liberals wouldn't want to read it -- therefore his main audience would be the very ones who think he's a creep for stabbing a friend in the back for money. This way he can sort of repair his image enough to maybe sell some books. But I know I have no interest in buying his book, or even reading it.
